Info:

For the past 24 years I have been enjoying a career in San Diego Real Estate . It is very satisfying for me to get my clients a comfortable home and sell their house for the highest return. I am a member of the San Diego Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, La Jolla Real Estate Brokers' Association, Inc. (REBA),La Jolla Town Council. Because of continuous changes in the Real Estate market I attend seminars and council meetings so you can expect the highest level of representation, assistance and analysis in the disclosure of property information. I am a full service, full time Realtor working very smart and listen to your needs to become your Realtor for life.

The office is open 7 days a week and centrally located in the Golden Triangle at the Colony Plaza, just minutes from the University of California San Diego and near the famous Scripps Institution of Oceanography and the new Stephen Birch Aquarium. La Jolla (which means "the jewel" in Spanish) is close to everything. Within minutes you can take a drive to La Jolla Shores to surf the waves or look at the breathtaking views from on top of Mt. Soledad. For all of you who are going to be traveling often, the San Diego International Airport is only 15 minutes away from La Jolla. A 45 minute drive will take you to the top of Mt. Laguna (which is 6000ft. high) or you can drive down South and visit Tijuana in Mexico for a day of shopping and a lobster dinner. Whatever you like to do, San Diego is the place to be.

After living in charming Fairfield, Connecticut for many years, I relocated to San Diego where I have been a resident for the last 30 years. I have knowledge of most areas, although, I specialize in La Jolla and its neighboring communities. If you are relocating to San Diego in the near future, I will be glad to find you the right home that will meet your personal and financial needs.

Let me give you a general idea of what the prices in San Diego are like:

  • Condo: as low as $250,000 to as high as $9,000,000
  • Home: as low as $500,000 to as high as $45,000,000

When I am not hard at work with Real Estate I enojoy swimming, playing tennis, golf or rollerblading along the beaches or hiking in the deserts near by. I also like to stay home, surf the net or read a good book while listening to classical music. After raising two great kids, I traveled extensively over the past few years. My favorite place besides San Diego is New Zealand.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
